“Yes mom.” I answered. It was a rough go for my mom & I since my dad passed away in the summer of 1990, about a month after I graduated from high school in a northeastern Indiana town. Darren and Dana left to go back to college the week before and finally, it was just me and my mom. I did appreciate my siblings bringing this whole thing up, because there were lot’s of concern regarding my college future. At this point, I was feeling very emotional for her too.
